The Lerskov Battery was completely finished and armed with one 24 cm gun. The emplacement and the western room for the crew were situated in open terrain. The three eastern rooms were placed in the wood nearby.
A railroad for transport was placed between the battery and the ammunition store.
The railroad was 4,5 kilometres. The construction was camouflaged with some nets mounted on poles on each side of the battery.
At the road there is a double bunker. This is assumed to be for medical care.
Most of the battery is visible, but demolished.
The bunker is intact and accessible.
